Frequently asked questions
What are typical use cases for bulk extraction? +
Three cases. First, audit editorial consistency across a category, do all pages in the same cluster have distinct titles aligned with target keywords? Second, benchmark a competitor by pulling titles and H1s for their 30 best-ranked pages (CSV export for Excel). Third, verify after a migration that critical content was preserved, no empty titles or generic metas copied everywhere.
Does the tool follow redirects? +
Yes, automatically. If the entered URL returns a 301, we follow to the final version and extract metas from that one. The Final URL column shows the URL actually scanned if it differs from the input.
Why an empty title or a missing description? +
Three common reasons. First, the page needs JavaScript to render the <head> (typical of SPAs without SSR, the tool only does static HTML fetch). Second, the page blocks bots and returns an alternative HTML. Third, the CMS actually generates an empty meta. On SPAs, the absence of a meta in the static HTML is also a problem for SEO, Google handles pages that rely on JS for their metas poorly.
Where is my data? +
The tool sends URLs to a Stringer server (Cloudflare Pages Function), which fetches each page server-side (otherwise CORS would block from the browser). We store nothing, every call is processed on the fly without persistence. Results stay in your browser until you close the tab.
